ALL ABOUT FITNESS

Few Years Ago When I wasn't that FIT.I had some of my expectation to be STRONG,to look GOOD & to improve myself from unfitness.My expectations weren't different from any1.I wanted only those that everyone else wants.Everybody wants to be FIT but now I m very different from my previous LOOK.I train so hard.I diet so hard.I have a lot of EXPERIENCE in this field.You have to check my video in my blog.I M A FITNESS TRAINER & NATIONAL(GOLD MEDALIST) IN BODYBUILDING.I will give you tips according to your body from my experience.Now First thing is our daily schedule diet.DIET play main role in FITNESS because everybody can not spare out TIME for GYM so WORKOUT is secondary thing.I m a professional trainer.YOU CAN CONCERN ME FRANKLY ABOUT YOUR BODY & FITNESS.I PROMISE TO HELP YOU.I can't see those people who are suffering from OBESITY.I LOVE to help these people because they give me blessing from their heart & they have few DESIRES TO LOOK SLIM,SEXY AND FIT.EVERYBODY WANTS TO IMPORTANCE IN THEIR FRIEND'S CIRCLE.FITNESS GIVE YOU CONFIDENCE & CONFIDENCE MAKE YOU STRONGER & BETTER.I WILL TELL YOU HOW TO REDUCE TO FATS & HOW TO GAIN YOUR LEAN MUSCLE.I WANT EVERYONE IS FIT.NO ONE WILL SUFFERING FROM ANY DISEASES.

  1. i m 30years married lady.my body weight has become stable now as i have reduced 14kgs earlier .at present my body weight is 63kgs and my height is 5.3fts.i want to reduce more suggest me diet and exercises that i should do to reduce.

  2. well amardeep u have to train hard to reduce your fats.circuit training is better for you.its a fast way to reduce fats & eat high protein diet.u should have to eat more protein then carbs.green veg,oats etc.

  5. Thanks ashish if u want to gain ur muscles u should start ON whey protein.gultamine,amino acid like universal UNI_LEVER.workout single muscle daily.Eat healthy food like eggs,chicken,soya,green veg,rice etc..........

Hello Sir, my name is Kamal and i m 26 years of age and i want to reduce my stomach fats.In my past time i was a gud player of CRICKET TEAM.But now as i m doing a job so i dont have much time to exercise or such activity which can keep my body fit. so please give my some suggestions which can help me reduce some weight and stomach fats......

  9. jimmy if u want to gain ur lean muscle.u should eat a balance diet like
    MORNING> oats 4-5 eggs with milk
    10:30 protein shake with 3 amino acid
    LUNCH rice 300gms chicken breast + salad + green veg
    4:30 protein shake with 3 amino
    5:30 rice with fish
    DINNER same as lunch
    SLEEP TIME use any multi-vitamin

    before exercise drink jack 3d
    after exercise 2 spoon iso sensation 93% whey
    dink maximium water

  11. hi karan if u want to reduce ur fats.u should have to daily workout which is take few minutes like 1000 skipping,jumping jacks,running 15 to 20 mins,taps etc. & avoid jank food if u eat........

  15. ROHIT if u want to gain your body weight.you should have to eat more carbo then protein like banana shake twice a day,green veg,rice,potato,use serious mass OPTIMIUM NUTRTION 3 times a day.you will see results in your body with in few days

  16. Hi HARRY so u r interested in muscularity.frist of all avoid junk food if u use.Eat more protein then carbo like fish,chicken breast,soya products,whey protein 3 times a day,i will tell u the other things but first follow this diet plan.
